I have an active restuarant buyer.  They own 17 restaurants throughout the Southeastern United States.  They are looking for restaurants with solid owner benefit; however, the owners want or need to retire or their debt service is eating to much into their owner benefit.  The less the owner is involved in the kitchen the better.  Restaurants typically will be purchased on a 50/5 split -- specifically, 50% of owner benefit at close with 4 more annual installments to reach the purchase price.

I have an active software buyer.  They are a Private Equity Group located in the South Central United States.  They like software companies over $1M in revenues in need of the marketing, sales and service support to take them to a $3M to $5M company quickly.  They have interest in medical software, logistics software and manufacturing software, but will consider others if the product development and support processes are in place and effective.

I have an active buyer looking for a business in Palm Beach or Northern Broward County.  The buyers experience is in import/export, manufacturing and distribution.  He is looking for a business generating upwards of $200,000 in owner benefit, preferably around $300,000.  The business needs to be solid, profitable, and well prepared for sale.  The books must be clean, key processes documented, and all issues fully disclosed.  Buyer prefers an owner willing to stay in the business as an employee or partner.

I have an active A.L.F. buyer in the Tampa Bay Area.  Buyer is a very experienced administrator of Assisted Living Facilities and is looking for SBA Financing or significant Owner Financing.
