Mark recently moved to Central Florida, from the Columbus, Ohio area, where he was a principal owner of a commercial and business brokerage firm that he founded in 1982. A graduate of Ohio State University, his strengths are accounting and financial analysis with a unique ability to look behind the numbers to better understand how a business really works. Mark has extensive brokerage and consulting experience with a wide variety of companies from his twenty-three years in the business. He has a hands on approach to consulting; his specialty is helping the client prepare his business to be sold in the near future by streamlining operating efficiencies and enhancing profitability. Mark has negotiated asset sales, mergers, joint ventures and has spearheaded turnarounds for an assortment of retail, wholesale, light manufacturing and service businesses.
