Ms. Childers is originally from Indiana where she graduated top of her class. She owned and operated her own Bookkeeping firm for several years before moving into Real Estate.  She is a Licensed Agent and has worked in Real Estate for the last 20 years. Her experience as Sales Agent, Sales Manager, Property Manager, Investor and Business Owner gives her exceptional understanding of all sides of the buying and selling transaction.   Her accounting skills, attention to detail and sales experience makes her extremely effective working with both buyers and sellers.    Ms. Childers highly values philanthropic endeavors, and was volunteer bookkeeper for her church for 5 years.  She also works with such charitable organizes as Habitat for Humanity, La Amistad, Coalition for the Homeless and Anthony House.
