David Charitat leads the Panhandle Office of Florida Business Exchange, Inc.  David is a member of the Business Brokers Network and the Business Brokers of Florida.  David has a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the US Air Force Academy, a Master on International Business from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Louisiana State University.  David is a retired Air Force Officer with over 20 years of experience as an intelligence officer, judge advocate, and educator.
